1) Refund Policy: Once the amount is paid no refunds will be issued.

2) Our awards are judged by independent panels and paying the Entry Fee will have no impact on your entry being shortlisted for or your winning of an award category. We will notify you if you are shortlisted.

3)  It is your responsibility to ensure that:
-The Entry submitted is complete and accurate.
-You cooperate with us in all matters relating to the Entry
-You comply with all the requirements for the Entry.
-You, or anyone you are responsible for, behaves reasonably and professionally when attending any of our Events.
-You, or anyone you are responsible for, do nothing that may bring us or our Events into disrepute.

4) Information provided for entries will be shared with jury for evaluation.

5) Materials such as the company logo submitted might be used for marketing purposes and be shared on our social media handles.
